深冲模具报价分三级：树脂/软铝快速模 0.5–2 万元（打样 50 件内）、铸铁模 3–8 万元（1–5 万件）、硬质合金镶块模 15 万元起（10 万件以上）。紫铜回弹小但粘模倾向强，凹模须镀 CrN 或 TD 处理（加价 0.8–1.5 万元），模具报价单必须单列。给客户的建议结构：模具费一次性收取 + 单件冲压费按吨位计（0.8–1.2 元/t）+ 退火按炉次另计。
Draw-die pricing has three tiers: resin/soft-aluminium quick dies (5–20k RMB, ≤50 samples), cast-iron dies (30–80k, 10–50k pieces), carbide-insert dies (150k+, 100k+). Copper's low springback pairs with strong galling, so add CrN plating or TD treatment (+8–15k RMB) as a separate line. Structure quotes as one-off die cost + per-stroke press fee (0.8–1.2 RMB per tonne) + annealing billed per furnace load. ---
