批量制作铜铃壳：先冲裁圆片并统一退火，按尺寸选凹模逐粒压窝，再对切得半壳，两半对焊成空心铃，顶部钻孔装铃舌。钮扣同理压出凹面后打孔、车边。关键在料片一致与退火充分，保证每粒深度统一、不偏不皱。
For batch bell shells: punch uniform discs, anneal together, dap each in the sized cavity, halve them, weld two halves into a hollow bell and drill for the clapper. Buttons are dapped concave then punched and edged. The key is consistent blanks and full annealing so every piece shares the same depth, centred and wrinkle-free. ---
