某景区纪念章用 H90 铜合金坯（Φ60×3 mm），在 3000 kN 肘杆压印机上一次成形，图文深 0.3 mm、表面粗糙度 Ra0.2。坯前先做仿旧硫化处理再压印，使浮雕高光露铜、低处呈黑，省去后续大面积做旧。良品率 99.2%。

A scenic-medal used H90 copper-alloy blanks (Φ60×3 mm) coined in one hit on a 3000 kN knuckle press, relief 0.3 mm deep, Ra0.2. Blanks were sulfide-aged before coining so the relief highs show copper and lows stay black—skipping later bulk patina. Yield reached 99.2%. ---
