旋压车床头号风险是旋转卷入：操作位禁戴手套、禁宽松袖口，长发入帽——薄板边缘如刀，戴手套被卷入是行业典型事故源。板坯须中心顶紧加尾座顶针双固定，转速升起前手拨一圈确认无干涉；φ300 mm 以上坯料限速 1500 rpm 内防飞脱。机床加装 ≥5 mm 有机玻璃挡屏，挡屑兼防坯料甩出；卡盘扳手即插即拔，严禁滞留。切屑为锋利连续卷屑，须停机断电后用钩钩清理。年度安全复训与急救演练应写入工坊制度。
The No.1 lathe hazard is entanglement: no gloves, no loose cuffs, hair tied — sheet edges are knives, and gloved hands being pulled in is the classic spinning accident. Fix blanks with centre grip plus tailstock centre, hand-turn one revolution before spindle start; cap speeds at 1,500 rpm for blanks over φ300 mm against fly-off. Fit a ≥5 mm polycarbonate shield against chips and ejected blanks; chuck keys never stay in the chuck. Swarf forms sharp continuous curls — power off and hook it out. Annual refreshers and first-aid drills belong in the shop rules.
