错金银工坊三项日常暴露须制度化控制：①粉尘——去锈与打磨产生的含铜、银及旧胎石英尘，优先湿磨或配 HEPA 台式吸尘，空气铅与可吸入颗粒按 GBZ 2.1 限值管理，干式打磨必须佩戴 KN95 以上半面罩；②噪声——錾锤与吊机长期 85–95 dB(A)，超 85 dB 强制配降噪耳罩，空气锤单独隔声间；③锐器——废刃片、断丝投入防穿刺利器盒，錾柄每日开工前检查开裂。工坊每年组织一次含尿汞、重金属筛查的职业体检并留存记录。
Three routine exposures need firm controls: dust—copper, silver and silica from old-patina rust removal; prefer wet grinding or a HEPA bench vacuum, meet GBZ 2.1 air limits, and wear KN95 or better for dry work; noise—chasing hammers and flex shafts run 85–95 dB(A), mandating muffs above 85 dB with air hammers in separate acoustic rooms; sharps—blades and snapped wire go into puncture-proof containers, and handle cracks are checked each morning. Schedule annual occupational screening including urinary mercury and heavy metals, keeping records.
