热着色喷枪选型看三点：火焰功率、形态与稳定性。经验数据：300 mm 以下小件用便携丙烷笔式枪（约 3–5 kW）足够；面板类用丙烷加氧气多头喷嘴（火焰带宽 80–120 mm）效率最高；纯丙烷软焰适合柔和渐变，富氧焰（一次风比 1.2–1.5）色带锐利但易过烧。统一评测办法：在 300×300 mm 铜板上以固定走速 200 mm/s 喷扫，记录色带宽度、色差与气耗（L/min）三项指标横向比较。多孔喷嘴每半年用专用清针通孔，孔径堵塞 20% 以上时色带即出现断纹。

Choose torches on three numbers: power, flame pattern and stability. Rule of thumb: pen-style propane torches (3–5 kW) suffice under 300 mm; propane-plus-oxygen multi-tip nozzles (80–120 mm flame band) win for panels; soft pure-propane flames suit gentle gradients while oxygen-enriched (primary air ratio 1.2–1.5) gives crisp bands but scorch risk. Benchmark uniformly: sweep a 300×300 mm copper plate at a fixed 200 mm/s and log band width, color spread and gas consumption (L/min). Ream multi-hole tips with a needle set every six months — beyond 20% blockage the color band starts breaking up.
