精装工程流行的铜面木基复合墙板工艺：1.0 mm 辊纹铜板与 18 mm 橡木/多层板基材间铺环氧膜，真空热压 80 °C × 20 min 成板；辊纹方向统一竖向走板（视觉引导 + 藏指纹）。安装构造细节：每 6 m 留 2 mm 伸缩缝、压条收边；铜面辊纹凹槽积灰难清理，装前整体喷涂 BTA 封护剂填孔护色。某酒店前台与电梯厅项目用量 220 m²，三年回访无脱层、辊纹光泽保持率约 90%，养护只需季度除尘与补蜡。
The hot fit-out format is rolled-copper-faced timber panels: epoxy film between 1.0 mm rolled copper and an 18 mm oak/multi-ply core, vacuum hot-pressed at 80 °C for 20 min. Roll the pattern vertically (visual lead and fingerprint hiding). Installation details: 2 mm movement joints every 6 m with cover trims; since rolled grooves trap dust, spray the whole face with BTA sealer to fill pores and fix colour before install. A hotel front-desk and lift-lobby job used 220 m²; three years on there is no delamination and about 90% gloss retention — quarterly dusting and wax is all.
