Maintenance runs: drone and binocular survey, pressure-wash with neutral detergent, cut back lifting edges and re-prime with acrylic, patch-leaf in the original manner, then a waterborne fluorocarbon topcoat overall. Renew only the damaged 5–15%. Log leaf batches with weather data to model orientation losses—windward faces wear roughly twice as fast.
