建筑折叠件按 EN 1172 验收：板材厚度允许偏差 ±0.03–0.08 mm（0.5–2.0 mm 规格），折叠后折边直线度 ≤1 mm/m，折角偏差 ≤±1°；同一折线多件拼装时累计对缝差须 ≤2 mm。进厂每卷铜板取样测厚并保留退火状态证明，抗拉强度 ≥220 MPa 方可用于幕墙折件。落成后每三年做一次色差与接缝抽检，结果写入建筑维保手册，作为业主年检与保险续保的依据。
Accept fold-formed building parts to EN 1172: thickness tolerance ±0.03–0.08 mm for 0.5–2.0 mm sheet, fold-edge straightness ≤1 mm/m, angle within ±1°, and cumulative joint mismatch ≤2 mm when several pieces share one fold line. Sample-test every incoming coil for thickness with the annealed-condition certificate retained, requiring tensile strength ≥220 MPa for facade work. After completion, re-inspect colour match and seams every three years and record it in the building maintenance file—evidence owners need for annual surveys and insurance renewal.
