纪念章质检的两项硬指标：①重量——按订单标称值 ±0.1% 控制，银章另需为金属价波动留 0.5% 缓冲；②浮雕深度——用浮雕深度仪或三维扫描抽测 3 点，主纹深度公差 ±0.03 mm，低于下限说明压力不足或模具磨损。批量按 AQL 2.5 抽样，超差批整批复压。出厂前逐枚称重分级，误差集中在同一侧通常指向坯料退火不均，应回溯退火曲线调整后再投产。
Two hard gauges govern medal QC: (1) weight—±0.1% of nominal, with a further 0.5% buffer on silver for metal-price swings; (2) relief depth—probe or 3D-scan three points, holding the main relief to ±0.03 mm; readings below minimum mean low pressure or die wear. Sample to AQL 2.5 and re-strike failed batches wholesale. Sort every piece by weight before shipment: error clustered on one side points to uneven blank annealing—trace the anneal curve and correct before the next run.
