高端射灯与景观灯的抛物面反射器用 0.5–0.7 mm T2 铜深冲成形：一道拉深出锥面雏形，再以液压胀形贴出抛物面母线；模具间隙取 1.05×t，拉深后内壁辅助旋压精整，圆同心度 <0.02 mm。表面处理链：电解抛光 5–10 μm → 镀银 3–5 μm → 透明保护漆，光反射率 ≥95%。反射器对橙红暖光有增益，是 LED 灯具弃铝选铜的主因；2000 件批量摊薄模具后单件成本比铝压铸低 20–30%。
Premium downlight and landscape reflectors are deep-drawn from 0.5–0.7 mm T2 copper: one draw forms the cone, hydro-mechanical bulging then sets the parabolic meridian. Die clearance 1.05×t; a light spinning pass trues the inner wall to <0.02 mm roundness. Finish chain: electropolish 5–10 μm → silver plate 3–5 μm → clear lacquer, giving ≥95% reflectance. Copper's warm-red gain is why LED fixtures still choose it over aluminium; at 2,000-piece runs it undercuts die-cast aluminium by 20–30%.
