人工催绿件的耐候验收建议三级测试：①中性盐雾 240/480 h（GB/T 10125），判定腐蚀面积 <5%、色差 ΔE < 4；②QUV 紫外 500 h（UVA-340 灯管、8 h 光照 + 4 h 冷凝循环），观察催绿层粉化与褪色；③恒湿 40 °C/95% RH 240 h，专查氯残留诱发点蚀。出光后必须去离子水淋洗至表面电导率 <50 μS/cm 再封护，否则残留氯离子会在盐雾中爆发"青铜病"式锈斑，这是催绿件盐雾不合格的头号原因。
Accept pre-patinated work on three tests: neutral salt spray 240/480 h (GB/T 10125) with corrosion <5% and ΔE < 4; QUV 500 h (UVA-340, 8 h UV + 4 h condensation cycles) watching for chalking and fade; and 40 °C/95% RH for 240 h to expose chloride-driven pitting. Always rinse to surface conductivity <50 μS/cm with deionized water before sealing — residual chloride erupts into bronze-disease spotting under salt spray, the number-one failure cause.
