对外承接电解着色/镀铜通常按"前处理 + 开机电费时费 + 封护"三段计价：除油酸洗按面积 30–80 元/dm²；着色按整流器开机时长计 80–150 元/小时，一炉挂 10–30 件摊薄；封护喷漆或浸蜡另计 15–40 元/件。报价单须写明责任边界：膜层花斑属前处理责任可免费重做，基材砂眼导致的露底不在质保内。月产 300 件以上时，应把整流器折旧与电损折入单价上浮 8–10%。
Outsourced electro-coloring/plating is typically priced in three segments: surface prep (30–80 CNY/dm²), power-on time (80–150 CNY/h for the rectifier, amortized over 10–30 racked pieces) and sealing (15–40 CNY/piece). Quotes must define liability: blotchy films from prep faults are redone free, while bare spots from substrate porosity are excluded. Above 300 pieces/month, fold rectifier depreciation and power loss into an 8–10% price uplift. ---
