硅烷偶联剂（KH-560/KH-570）2–5% 无水乙醇液 + 0.5% BTA 复配，在铜面构建 3–8 μm 透明 Si-O 网膜：接触角 >110° 拒水、盐雾 500 h 无腐蚀扩展，且透气不鼓泡——解决有机漆在户外温差下的起皮问题。施工：喷两道（间隔 30 min），紫外固化 15 min 或常温干燥 48 h。寿命 5–8 年，复涂无需除旧膜（硅烷与新膜化学键合）。适用户外雕塑与建筑铜件。
A 2–5% silane coupling agent (KH-560/570) in ethanol plus 0.5% BTA builds a 3–8 μm transparent Si-O network: water contact angle >110°, 500 h salt spray without creep, and vapor-permeable so it never blisters like paints under outdoor thermal cycling. Spray two coats 30 min apart; UV cure 15 min or dry 48 h. Life 5–8 years and recoatable without stripping (silane bonds to old film). Best for outdoor sculpture and architectural copper. ---
