现代餐桌面 φ220 mm 铜碗：旋压成坯后三级打平——中凸锤面去旋痕、近平面匀波、抛光钢锤收光，级间以 400→1200→2000 目砂纸过渡；碗壁按 3 mm 间距走环带锤纹，每环重叠 1/2。成品侧光无波纹，内壁镜面、外壁保留细密哑光锤纹形成质感对比，成为品牌主打器皿，单件工时约 6 h，已稳定量产。
A contemporary φ220 mm table bowl: after spinning, planish in three stages—medium-convex face removes spin lines, near-flat face evens waves, polished steel face sets the sheen—lapping 400→1200→2000 grit between stages. Hammer the wall in ring bands at 3 mm pitch, half-overlapping each ring. The result shows no ripple under raking light, with a mirror inside and fine matte hammering outside for contrast; about 6 h per piece, now in steady production. ---
