Capture the pattern as a greyscale image with a 1200 dpi flatbed or structured-light scanner, denoise with a 3–5 px Gaussian filter, convert to 1-bit dithering, and etch a "digital rubbing" into copper with a 30 W CO₂ laser at 0.05 mm spot and 25% power. A single piece drops from 2 hours by hand to about 8 minutes with perfect repeatability—ideal for pattern archives and batch copying. ---
