浮雕设计核心参数——深厚比（浮雕总高 ÷ 板厚）：手工錾起安全区间 1:1 到 2:1（超过 2.5:1 需拼接或加厚）；机压可到 3:1。深厚比 1:1 时壁厚减薄约 15%、2:1 时达 30%——计算下料前要按最深处剩余厚度校核强度。术语近亲：「排比」（多单元浮雕的间距比例）建议 ≥ 凸起宽度 0.8 倍，否则相邻凸起间板面起皱。
The core design parameter is depth-to-gauge ratio (total relief height ÷ sheet thickness): 1:1–2:1 is safe for hand raising (above 2.5:1 splice or thicken), up to 3:1 by press. At 1:1 expect ~15% thinning, at 2:1 up to 30%—verify strength at the thinnest section before sizing blanks. Related term: "pitch," the spacing of repeated relief units, should be ≥0.8× bump width or the web between bumps wrinkles.
