用邵氏 A80–95 聚氨酯垫（厚 20–40 mm）替代下模，硬质母模在上、铜板夹中间加压，聚氨酯像流体一样把压力均匀传到板面，一次可复制开槽母模的全部凸起——免开对模、成本仅为钢模的 5–10%。压强控制在 30–60 MPa（压力机吨位 ÷ 母模投影面积），过低压纹浅、过高聚氨酯切伤板面。单垫寿命 300–500 次，出现压痕老化即翻转使用另一面。
Replace the lower die with a polyurethane pad (Shore A80–95, 20–40 mm): a hard master on top presses copper through the pad, which flows like fluid to copy every raised detail—no matching female die, at 5–10% of steel tooling cost. Keep pressure 30–60 MPa (tonnage ÷ master footprint); too light gives shallow prints, too high cuts the sheet. A pad lasts 300–500 hits; flip it when the face ages. ---
