着色前以阴极电泳沉积 2–5 μm 环氧/丙烯酸底涂层（固含量 8–12%、电压 60–120 V、通电 60–120 s、脉冲占空比 70%），显著提升电解着色膜附着力并填平微孔。泳后 150℃ 烘烤 20 min 固化。脉冲模式比直流减少边缘过厚与"库仑爆发"，膜厚均匀性 ±0.5 μm，适合形状复杂的艺术铸件。
Before coloring, deposit a 2–5 μm epoxy/acrylic primer by cathodic EPD (solids 8–12%, 60–120 V, 60–120 s, 70% duty-cycle pulses), then cure at 150℃ for 20 min. Pulsed mode reduces edge build-up and "coulombic bursts" versus DC, achieving ±0.5 μm uniformity. Ideal for complex artistic castings, markedly improving electro-color film adhesion and sealing micro-pores. ---
