冲裁毛刺用振磨、滚光或手工锉修去除，锐边倒圆 R0.1–0.3 mm。铜件可经稀酸清洗→钝化（苯并三氮唑 BTA 溶液）抑制氧化，再涂透明清漆或电泳封护。装饰件可做氧化（热着色）后封蜡，提升耐候与观感。

Remove blanking burrs by vibratory tumbling, barrel finishing, or hand filing, rounding sharp edges to R0.1–0.3 mm. Copper parts can be acid-cleaned then passivated in benzotriazole (BTA) solution to slow oxidation, then coated with clear lacquer or electrophoretic seal. Decorative pieces may be thermally oxidized and wax-sealed for weather resistance and appearance.
