冲床必须配备双手启动按钮与红外光电保护装置，严禁手套伸入模具区。换模与清理务必**锁定/挂牌（LOTO）**并确认急停有效。长发束起、不戴悬垂饰物；送料用磁吸或夹钳而非手指。班前检查离合器与制动器无粘连。
Presses must have two-hand start buttons and infrared light curtains; never reach into the die zone, and do not wear gloves there. Lock out / tag out (LOTO) and verify the e-stop before tool changes or clearing. Tie back long hair, remove dangling jewelry, and feed with magnets or tongs—not fingers. Check daily that the clutch and brake are not sticking. ---
