錾刻用线錾沿铅笔线匀速锤击压出凹线（不切穿）。变换錾头可做出：直纹、卷草、点珠（背景錾点麻）、鳞甲（叠瓦线）。技巧：线条交接处收力防重叠凹陷；深线可先浅后深两遍；保持錾刃与面垂直。完成后用细砂/玛瑙刀压光边缘。

Chasing runs a liner along the pencil line at steady taps, pressing a groove (no cut-through). Swap heads for: straight, scroll, beading (matted ground), scale (overlapping arcs). Technique: ease at line junctions to avoid double dents; deepen in two passes; keep the tool perpendicular. Finish by burnishing edges with fine stone/agate. ---
