气泡多因灌注过快或原样深孔困气。对策：硅胶沿壁慢流、原样深凹处预刷胶排气，真空脱泡必不可少；若已产生气泡，可在固化前刺破并补胶。模具存放避免高温以防膨胀变形。

Bubbles come from fast pouring or trapped air in deep holes. Slow pour along the wall, pre-brush deep recesses to vent, and always vacuum-degas; pop and refill any bubble before cure. Store moulds away from heat to avoid expansion. ---
