以 1:1 加成型硅胶为例，主剂与固化剂按重量比 100:100 混合，真空脱泡 3–5 分钟（≤-0.08 MPa）。原样涂凡士林薄层作脱模剂，硅胶沿最高点缓慢浇注避免卷气，室温 25℃ 固化 4–6 小时或 60℃ 烘 1 小时。固化后刀割分模线脱模。

For 1:1 addition silicone, mix base and hardener 100:100 by weight, vacuum-degas 3–5 min (≤-0.08 MPa). Coat the original with a thin vaseline release, pour slowly from the highest point to avoid trapping air, cure 4–6 h at 25℃ or 1 h at 60℃. Cut a parting line to demould. ---
