实物压印是"以真实物体为模"的纹理转移工艺，区别于失蜡铸造的雕塑复制。它要求被压物体有一定硬度与厚度承载压力，且纹理清晰可辨。适合叶、花、蕾丝、木纹、皮革等；过软易塌（如鲜奶油）、过脆易碎（如干枯薄叶）的物体不宜直接压，可改用硅胶取模后再转印。
Found-object imprinting is texture transfer "using a real object as the mould", distinct from lost-wax sculpture reproduction. The pressed object must be firm and thick enough to bear pressure with a clear relief. Leaves, flowers, lace, wood grain and leather work well; too-soft (cream) or too-brittle (dry thin leaf) objects should instead be moulded in silicone first, then transferred. ---
