紫铜：极佳塑性，热锻冷锻皆可，但强度低、易锤塌，需配芯模支撑。黄铜（含锌）：热锻区间窄（约 600–750℃，过高锌蒸发发脆），冷锻加工硬化明显，需频繁退火。青铜（锡青铜）：热脆倾向，宜在 600–700℃ 窄温区快锻，避免"热脆"沿晶开裂。选料前务必确认合金牌号与锻造温区。
Pure copper: excellent ductility hot or cold, but low strength — use formers to support. Brass (Zn): narrow hot window (~600–750℃; too hot evaporates Zn, brittle), strong cold work-hardening, anneal often. Tin bronze: hot-short tendency, forge fast in a narrow 600–700℃ band to avoid intergranular cracking. Always confirm alloy and its forging window first. ---
