侧蚀（undercut）使线条变宽失真，多因蚀刻时间过长或搅拌不足；不均常因温度波动或版面气泡。解决：缩短单次蚀刻、加强晃动、预热水浴恒定温度、及时刷除气泡。

Undercut widens and distorts lines from over-etching or poor agitation; unevenness comes from temperature drift or surface bubbles. Fix by shorter etch passes, vigorous agitation, a pre-heated water bath for steady temperature, and brushing away bubbles. ---
