铜胎洁净度决定附着力。步骤：①打磨去划痕 ②酸洗（稀硝酸或专用铜光亮剂，5–10%，通风）去除氧化皮 ③水洗、纯水冲 ④立即烘干/火焰烧干（防再氧化）⑤不赤手触摸（指纹致釉斑）。若有旧釉，用氢氟酸或专用剥离剂清除（高危，须专业）。洁净铜面应呈均匀浅粉红金属色。
Copper cleanliness sets adhesion. Steps: ①sand out scratches ②pickle (dilute nitric or copper brightener, 5–10%, vented) to remove scale ③rinse, then deionized water ④dry at once (flame or heat, avoid re-oxidation) ⑤no bare-hand touch (fingerprints cause spots). Old enamel: HF or stripper (hazardous, pro only). Clean copper shows even pale-pink metal. ---
