①退火板料并拓图 ②热沥青盘上固定工件 ③圆头冲自内向外轻敲出大形 ④线錾压出细纹轮廓 ⑤局部过硬化处回炉退火再续 ⑥翻面用平冲整平背面支承 ⑦去沥青、清洗 ⑧封蜡或做旧。全程力度均匀，避免一点重击导致穿孔。
