膜层易脱落常因基体有油膜、氧化皮或电解后未及时封护吸潮。处理：强化除油活化、电解后充分水洗并 60℃ 低温烘干，再涂蜡或清漆封护。青铜含锡，表面活性低，建议先稀酸活化并轻微打磨，提升膜基结合力。
Peeling usually means an oil/scale film remained, or the colored part absorbed moisture before sealing. Strengthen degrease/activation, fully rinse then oven-dry at 60℃, then wax or lacquer-seal. Tin-bearing bronze has lower surface activity—lightly abrade and acid-activate first to improve film bonding. ---
