辊压机最大危险是辊缝夹卷点：手套、袖口被板料带入的卷入事故占轧机工伤七成以上。防护要点：①辊缝两侧装固定防护挡板，人手不可伸达辊缝 200 mm 范围内；②薄板用送板器或压板装置推入，禁止徒手压板尾；③操作位禁戴手套，长发、围巾、戒指入机前清除；④机架全长布急停拉绳，防护门打开即断电联锁。事故复盘显示多数卷入发生在"返工重送"环节——板尾离辊瞬间徒手扶板最危险，必须停机后再送板。
The roll gap nip point is the mill's deadliest hazard — entrapment of gloves and cuffs accounts for over 70% of rolling injuries. Guard it: (1) fixed guards both sides of the gap so no hand can reach within 200 mm of the bite; (2) feed thin sheet with a pusher or hold-down, never fingers on the tail; (3) no gloves at the operating position; remove rings, scarves and loose hair before starting; (4) full-length e-stop pull-wire on the frame, interlocked so opening the guard cuts power. Accident reviews show most entrapments happen on re-feeds — hands near the tail as it leaves the rolls is the worst moment; stop the mill, then feed.
