翻模车间三条防护线：皮肤——缩合型硅胶交联剂与环氧固化剂可致敏，须戴丁腈手套（不可用乳胶，乳胶本身会毒化铂金硅胶）并每小时更换；呼吸——溶剂型脱模剂与树脂稀释产生的有机蒸气，需活性炭面罩（如 3M 6200 配 6001 滤盒）加侧进风排风扇，仅开窗不够；应急——任何溅入眼睛立刻用洗眼器冲 15 min。固化废硅胶按一般固废处理，含锡固化剂废液须交危废回收点；孕妇与哮喘者应调离浇注岗位。
Three lines of defence in the moulding shop: skin—condensation-cure hardeners and epoxy curing agents sensitise; wear nitrile gloves (never latex, which poisons platinum cures) changed hourly. Breathing—organic vapours from solvent releases and thinners want a carbon respirator (e.g. 3M 6200 with 6001 cartridges) plus a lateral exhaust fan; an open window is not enough. Emergency—any eye splash means 15 min at the eyewash. Cured silicone scrap is general waste, tin-hardener residues go to hazardous collection, and pregnant or asthmatic staff move off pouring.
