蒂芙尼式玻璃灯罩的顶盖与灯座檐口大量依赖压窝件：φ50–80 mm 黄铜片在窝砳上分三级压出浅盆，中心冲孔穿电线，边缘滚出用于锡焊玻璃的翻边；压窝件与彩色玻璃以锡焊对接，焊线兼作结构。要点是压窝前把黄铜退火到约 550 ℃ 保证翻边不开裂，焊后以黑铜做旧统一铜件与玻璃的色差。灯具厂年耗此类配件上万件，是小压窝工坊稳定的批量订单来源。
Tiffany-style glass lamp caps and base collars rely heavily on dapped fittings: φ50–80 mm brass is sunk in three grades over a dapping block, centre-pierced for the wire, with the rim rolled into a flange that solder-wraps the coloured glass; the solder seam doubles as structure. Anneal the brass to about 550 °C before dapping so the flange won't crack, then antique in black-copper to marry metal to glass. Lamp makers consume tens of thousands a year—steady batch work for small dapping shops.
