批量浮雕坯入錾前应建立抽检制度：厚度用千分尺测 5 点（中心与四象限），按 ±0.05 mm 公差控制；硬度用便携布氏计，紫铜退火态应落回 HB 45–55，超过 HB 70 说明退火不足，錾刻时极易开裂。每批按 5% 抽样并记录炉号与退火曲线，发现超差整批复检。数据随订单归档，既便于售后追溯，也作为判断是否补做第二次退火的依据。
Institute incoming checks on production repoussé blanks: measure thickness at five points (centre and four quadrants) with a micrometer to ±0.05 mm, and hardness with a portable Brinell tester—annealed copper should read HB 45–55; above HB 70 the anneal is insufficient and the blank will crack while chasing. Sample 5% per batch, logging furnace number and anneal curve; any failure triggers full-batch re-inspection. Archived data supports after-sales traceability and decides whether a second anneal is needed.
