小批量徽章（100–1000 枚）常用"蚀刻+冲压"复合：0.8–1.2 mm 黄铜板先感光蚀刻图案轮廓与凹纹（深 0.15–0.3 mm），再入冲床落料并压出凸起边框；电镀前以 5% 硫酸活化，常规镀镍 3 μm 加镀金 0.1 μm。相比纯冲压模（开模 3000 元起、500 枚以下不经济），复合工艺打样 3 天、开版费约 500 元；相比纯蚀刻徽章，冲压边框让边缘立体、佩戴不刮手。深圳、温州徽章厂主流产线即此模式，交期 7–10 天。
For runs of 100–1,000 badges the hybrid etch-and-strike rules: photo-etch outlines and recesses (0.15–0.3 mm deep) into 0.8–1.2 mm brass, then blank and strike a raised rim in a press; activate in 5% sulfuric acid before plating—typically 3 μm nickel plus 0.1 μm gold. Against a struck die (¥3,000+ tooling, uneconomic under 500 pieces) the hybrid proofs in 3 days with ~¥500 setup; against pure etching, the struck rim adds relief and a wearer-friendly edge. Shenzhen and Wenzhou badge plants run this as their main line, 7–10 day delivery.
