装饰镀层验收三件套：①XRF 荧光测厚（误差约 ±5%，可分层读出 Au/Ni/Cu 多层，取功能面 3–5 点）；②库仑法测厚适合曲面但破坏镀层，作仲裁用；③附着力以热震试验（180℃ 烘 1 h 后立即水淬）与划格、弯曲法判定起泡脱皮。批量件按 GB/T 4955 抽样，报告须记录仪器型号与标准片校准日期。户外件加做中性盐雾 96 h，出现白锈或红锈点即判不合格。
Three acceptance tools for decorative plating: XRF thickness (±5%, reading multi-layer Au/Ni/Cu stacks at 3–5 functional points), coulometric testing for curved parts (destructive, arbitration use), and adhesion by thermal shock (1 h at 180℃, quench) plus cross-hatch and bend tests for blisters or peeling. Batch sampling follows GB/T 4955; reports must log instrument model and standard-foil calibration dates. Outdoor work adds 96 h neutral salt spray—white or red rust fails.
