着色车间的色卡数字化流程：以分光测色仪（D65 光源、10° 视场、SCI 模式）测每块标准板的 L*a*b* 值并建库，用二维码把色板编号、试剂批次、浓度、液温绑定归档。客户来样先测色存档，生产时每批抽 3 点比对，ΔE > 3 即调整浸液浓度或时间——硫化液每升高 1 °C 约使 L* 下降 1–2，是最敏感的调节旋钮。标准板每季度复测一次，超差即退役换新，避免色卡本身漂移。
Digitize the shop color library with a spectrophotometer (D65, 10° observer, SCI): log L*a*b* for each master panel and bind panel ID, reagent batch, concentration and bath temperature via QR code. Measure incoming client samples first; during production compare three points per batch and correct whenever ΔE > 3 — sulfide baths drop L* by 1–2 per °C rise, making temperature the most sensitive control knob. Re-measure masters quarterly and retire drifting panels so the reference itself never shifts.
