Case: Re-rolling Bauhaus Brass Door Panels

某修复团队为 1928 年建成的德绍包豪斯校舍复制三扇黄铜门板（H63 黄铜、1.5 mm）。先对原板拓片扫描建立辊纹矢量图，CNC 雕刻 φ65 mm 辊轮并表面渗氮至 HV 900；旧板实测保留，新板坯 450 ℃ 退火消除轧制应力后以 0.4 m/min 辊压。新板与原板纹理重合度 92%，硫化做旧后通过文保部门验收并挂装。
A conservation team replicated three brass door panels (H63 brass, 1.5 mm) for the 1928 Dessau Bauhaus building. Rubbings of the original panels were scanned into vector maps, a φ65 mm roller was CNC-engraved and gas-nitrified to HV 900; new blanks annealed at 450 °C were rolled at 0.4 m/min. Pattern overlap with the 1928 panels reached 92%, and after sulfide patination the replicas passed heritage review. ---
